Handler of the Year points are based on the placement of a Blue Sly Beagle in a ARHA Hunt. Large Hunts, Points Double. First gains 10 points, Secound 9 points and so on. If there are two or more handlers for one trial placement. Handlers will divide the points evenly. Points are for Each calender year.
